A: Your wish is our command. We can finally add custom engravings to most of our products!
Unfortunately, not everything can be engraved, but each product will have a box for "custom engraving" if this option is available.
If it's made out of wood or leather, it can be engraved. Ceramics, soaps, and beard oils cannot be engraved, but we would be happy to leave a note!
A: Most of our products are ready to ship, and will ship within 3 business days. We typically ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
A few of our pens, tie clips, and cufflinks are still made to order. Please allow 5 business days for these items to ship, just to be safe.
Custom engraved will generally add 2 days to the production time.
If you need your order by a certain date, just let us know and we will let you know all of your options. Chances are that we can get it to you in time.
A: Autumn Summer specializes in handmade office gifts. Therefore, we make every effort to have our products ready to gift right out of the mail.
We don't include in invoice in the package, and are more than happy to leave a custom, handwritten note at no extra charge.
All of our wooden products will arrive in a hard paper box, suitable for gifting, and each leather product is wrapped in heavy kraft paper.
We are now able to offer local pickup upon request. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us prior to ordering for free shipping and our address.

A: Absolutely. Our products are 100% handmade by American artisans.
A: Autumn Summer products are made from the best artisans from across the united states. Many of our wooden products are made in house, but we work with our artisans to make customized and exclusive products just for you! Click here to meet the Autumn Summer team.
A: Absolutely. We never use woods from the endangered species list. Our leather is all second sources (the animal was used for meat before it was used for leather). All of our soaps and lavender products are vegan and all natural.
A: Don't worry; they're not. Its hard to find great gifts for men, so we just wanted to let people know that we're the best place to look! By no means are we saying that only men can use our products.
We stand for peace, kindness and equality, and welcome anyone to use our products.
A: All of our pens are refillable. The ballpoint pens take either Parker or Cross refills, the rollerball pens take Schmidt rollerball cartridges, and the fountain pens come with Parker replaceable ink cartridge and a converter, which can take any brand or style of liquid ink.
A: For our in house made products (the pens, tie clips, and cufflinks) we work with a lumber mill in PA. We hand select each piece to ensure quality and stability.
A: After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email that has a link to your order. If you can't find that email, no problem! Just log into your account to go to your recent orders.
If you're still having trouble, just send us an email with your name and the item that you ordered, and we'll find it for you.
Please allow up to 5 days for your products to ship after the order has been placed. Please allow 24 hours for any tracking info to be updated after the item is shipped.
A: If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days. We will refund or replace any order that is incorrect or if you're unhappy with it.
Unfortunately we cannot cover any return shipping charges unless the item is broken or incorrect.
A: Absolutely. All orders for groomsmen are discounted by 15% for wooden items, and 10% for leather items.
Please be sure to order from our page specifically for grooms.
A: Yes. We offer varying discounts for orders over 25 items, and offer custom name and logo engraving. Please contact us for more information.
A: Yes. We offer our in house products at a wholesale price. Please visit our wholesale page for more information.
A: Awesome! The number one thing you can do, other than purchasing our products, is to spread the word. Tell your friends, share our products on Instagram and Pinterest, and let people know about what we're up to!
A: At this time, we don't have an in person store to visit. It is something that we have done on purpose to keep our costs down. Luckily we can pass our savings onto you for a less expensive final product!
